Bohinc Studio’s Garden Flat project reimagines a London home through the harmony of materials and atmosphere. The design pairs the cool strength of concrete with the warmth of mahogany, balanced by soft upholstery and subtle colour accents turquoise blue.
Each space is crafted with its own character yet connected through a shared language of proportion and mood. The living room layers texture and tone for balance and gathering, the bedroom anchors stillness with deep petrol blue doors and bespoke joinery, and the kitchen frames clean lines in timber, dark grey and petrol blue, opening out to the garden.
The result is an interior of quiet luxury, modern, serene, and deeply tactile, where architecture, light, and material come together in timeless balance.
