Please note that for all furniture items we will email you a separate shipping quote as those items need crating and specialist shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the chosen level of service. 

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

The goods leave our warehouse or showroom in perfect condition and are protected from damage during transport. The products are insured against shipping damage and their condition is recorded before dispatch. Please check the packaging before opening it, and photograph any external damage. In the unlikely event that the product has also been damaged, the logistics company must be informed directly upon delivery. Please email us immediately on sales@bohincstudio.com.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Bohinc Studio is not responsible for clearing customs, payment of any duties, taxes, charges or for the communication between the local tax office and the client / final receiver. The client / final receiver needs to be available for contact by their local customs office should any tax, duties and charges be payable.  If for any reason the local customs is unable to contact the final receiver, the shipping company may return the item back to its origin. The client / receiver will be solely responsible for the payment of all costs, such as the return shipment to origin, the release fee and any associated charges. The client / receiver will then also be liable for all further shipping costs.

DELIVERY TERMS

Please note that while we always aim to deliver your product within the indicated dates, we cannot be held responsible for delays to any deliveries, neither are we responsible for any damage during shipping or customs clearance. Clients must be present to sign for their deliveries - we recommend you ship your items to a work / office address if you will not be at home around the time of delivery. For this reason, we are also unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We are unable to redirect shipments once they have been dispatched. Please read our payment security if you have concerns about shipping to multiple addresses. The client / final receiver needs to be readily available for contact by local customs should any tax, duties or charges be payable.
