This is the first time that Bohinc explores a design favourite; the chair.
In the collection, Lara Bohinc develops her stellar themes, finding inspiration in planetary and lunar orbits, whose gravitationally curved trajectories drive the lines and shapes of the chairs. Constructed from thin square rod, the chairs are elegant, minimal and delicate.
The Lunar Chair is distinguished by two enveloping crescents for armrests, and a smaller backrest which, like a moon, circles its planet on an orbit of its own.

The chair is made in brushed brass and Italian wool fabric. Please note that even though brass is protected by clear varnish,  it may still oxidise over the years which is a natural ageing process. The chair is made by hand so slight imperfections are part of its charm.


Each piece of furniture is individually numbered and comes with a signed Certificate of authenticity to prove that it is Bohinc Studio original.
